A few months ago, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs opened a punitive file on a "big real estate" — initially unspecified —\u00A0for its disproportionate practices towards tenants in the management of leases.
Facua later reported that the damaged company was Alquiler Seguro and in November 2023 filed a lawsuit for forcing tenants to pay their fees, even though the Housing Act prohibits it.
