The Court of Justice of the Basque Country has ruled that the regulatory file for the dismissal of 35 workers in Maderas de Llodio is contrary to the law
In October, the multinational Garnica laid off 35 workers from the Llodio (Álava) plant, which initially provided for 39 redundancies. The High Court of Justice of the Basque Country (TSJPV) has partially estimated the trade union complaint against the employment regulation dossier.

The TSJPV has ruled that the employment regulation file established in Maderas de Llodio is illegal, as reported on Wednesday by the ELA union.
The court ruled that the file filed by the Garnica group was not in accordance with the law.
The management originally planned to lay off 39 workers, but the employment file that finally materialized last October received 35 redundancies.
