Acciona's leader in Navarra and La Rioja , Fernando Merino, has denied having a relationship with former ministerial adviser Koldo García for "public work" and has explained that his relationship is "friendship" after working with him on Geoalcali's project in Navarre.
Merino, who appeared on Wednesday in the Committee of Inquiry into the bidding of the works being carried out in the Navarre Parliament, pointed out that he had no problem when he had to work with Servinabar and that he was unaware that former socialist leader Santos Cerdán was participating in 45% of that company, as reported by the UCO.
