The Port of Bilbao last year had a turnover of 77 million euros , compared to 76.7 million in 2024, an increase of 0.37%.
On the other hand, the debt to the European Investment Bank is EUR 30.9 million and the treasury balances are EUR 73.8 million, while the resources generated (EBITDA) are EUR 35.2 million.

The infrastructure closed the year with a tonnage movement of more than 32 million tonnes, with a decline of 2.3 million tonnes (-6.8%), caused by the technical stoppage of Petronor from May to July, according to a statement.
On the other hand, geopolitical tensions have affected foreign trade, with exports falling by 13% and imports fallingby about 4%, especially in bulk, liquids and container exports.
Regardless of the impact of Petronor's technical stoppage, exports have fallen by 8.3%, while imports have risen by 3.2%.
In absolute terms, the largest declines have occurred in the traffic of three hydrocarbons: crude oil (-13%; 1.3 million tonnes less imported), diesel (557,150 tonnes less than in 2024) and petrol (121,208 tonnes less).
In tonnes, the largest increase has been in imports of natural gas: 3.6 million tonnes, 5% more (167,064 tons more).
As far as exports are concerned, the United Kingdom is still at the top of the ranking, and the Port of Bilbao is the main gateway to the Spanish State's trade with that country, while the United States ranks first in imports.
