Housing price rises 12.3% in the Basque Country by 2025

The average price of housing in the Basque Country rose by 12.3% by 2025, according to the Housing Price Index published by the National Institute of Statistics (INE).
According to these data, second-hand housing has become the most expensive, with an increase of 12.7 per cent, while new housinghas increased by 10.4 per cent compared to 2024.
In the State as a whole, the Housing Price Index has risen by 12.9 per cent, slightly higher than in the Basque Country, where the price of new housing has risen by 11.2 per cent and that of second-hand housing by 13.1 per cent.
On the other hand, compared to the previous quarter, the price of housing has risen 1.8% in the State as a whole, according to statistics published by the INE.
