Starting a "success story" with the announcement of the establishment of the Hithium in Navarre

The Chinese company Hithium and the Navarre Government have this morning formalized in Pamplona the pre-agreement that envisages the construction of a plant in Navarre, a company that manufactures  energy storage systems and that, with a first investment of 400 million, is set in motion what, in the words of its president, Maria Chivite, will be "a story of success."

The President of Navarre, together with the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, and the directors of the Chinese multinational, formalized yesterday's announcement in Madrid, but stressed that work is being done "prudently" on the  agreement, which, among other things, remains to be decided on the location of the plant.

In any case, Hithium's choice of Navarre is a sign of Navarre's commitment to energy and job creation and Hithium's desire to expand to Europe.

"We have the potential that we need to have to attract large investments," said Industry Advisor Mikel Irujo, who, while stressing that the procedures are not closed, stressed that what has been achieved has been achieved thanks to the "coordination, professionalization of the teams" that has existed in Navarre in recent months, as well as to the "strategy and vision defined above."
