The rent campaign is under way in Álava and Gipuzkoa, and from now on the self-settlement proposal can be accepted
From this Tuesday, April 7, taxpayers can accept or modify the self-settlement proposals made by the Treasuries of Álava and Gipuzkoa. On Thursday, April 9, the campaign for the income statement begins in Navarre and on April 15 in Bizkaia.
The 2025 income statement campaign has been launched since this Tuesday, April 7, in Álava and Gipuzkoa. From today bi the proposal for self-settlement made by the Haciendas Forales can be accepted or modified by the taxpayers of Álava and Gipuzkoa.
In Álava, the IRPF will be declared by 202,576 people, of whom about 70% will be reimbursed. It is estimated that there will be a net balance in favour of taxpayers of EUR 85 million. The most widely used modality will be 'Easy Income', and the Treasury will propose to 147,928 taxpayers, 73% of the total.
In Gipuzkoa, on 13 April, the deadline for requesting an appointment for face-to-face care at the Treasury offices for those in need of assistance in making the declaration will be opened.
In the meantime, on 14 April, face-to-face care will begin at the Treasury offices, where specialized staff will assist taxpayers in submitting the declaration, from which the taxpayers will have a little more than two months to submit the statements. Finally, on 2 July, the income campaign will be closed, ending the deadline for filing the declaration for the financial year 2025.
In Gipuzkoa, this tax reform will have an impact on taxpayers of EUR 105 million, while in the Alavesa Treasury it provides for the return of EUR 195 million for taxpayers. A total of 202 thousand IRPF declarations are expected, 1% more than in the previous year, 70% of which must be returned.
It will also be the first income campaign after tax reform da, with new deductions affecting housing, care, conciliation, EPSV or energy transition.
As for the rest of the territories, the campaign will begin on Thursday, April 9 in Navarre and on April 15in Bizkaia .
