According to the Spanish Government, the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union published this Tuesday on the provisionality is only 'illustrative'and states that it does not in any way oblige internationals in the public sector to become direct permanent workers. The final decision must now be taken by the Spanish Supreme Court.
