Doctors at Zumarraga Hospital won't do overtime in the evenings from April 27
The doctors at the Zumarraga Hospital (Gipuzkoa) have decided that they will not perform extra hours in the afternoonsfrom the 27th of April , thus joining the measure taken by the doctors of the hospitals of Onostia and Txagorritxu from Monday in protest, as they will not include extra hours in the afternoons.
In May, doctors from the hospitals in Bizkaia , specifically doctors from Cruces, Basurto, San Eloy and Urduliz, will join this protest.
This is a new "pressure measure", as explained by the protest organization, to reinforce the monthly strike by doctors.
Osakidetza has already been informed of the decision taken by the Zumarraga Hospital, so that in the three hospitals mentioned, doctors will no longer perform voluntary overtime (in the afternoon shift) .
