Mondragon Corporation sales increased to 11,322 million euros in 2025
It is the most staffed cooperative group in the ACV, with 72,761 already employed and 1,346 new jobs created.
Mondragon Corporation cooperatives reached sales of 11,322 million euros in 2025, an increase of 1% over the previous year , while investments reached 406 million euros (7.8% more) and the group closed last year with a consolidated net profit of 618.8 million euros.
These positive results have been achieved despite the complex geopolitical context and uncertainty of international markets, which over the past five years have invested more than EUR 1.8 billion in innovation, competitiveness and technological transformation.
The Mondragon Group held its annual Congress in San Sebastián on Wednesday, at which its president, Pello Rodríguez , stressed that these figures consolidate the corporation as the main employer in the Basque Country, as well as the second employer in Navarre and the fifth employer in the state. In the workplace, the corporation closed the year with 72,761 workers after creating 1,346 new jobs.
"It's been a good year. Mondragon is not just business, it's also how we work and what we do it for. One of the characteristics that differentiates us is wealth creation through employment and profit sharing," Rodriguez said in his speech.
Cooperatives and the Mondragon Foundation allocated more than 49 million euros to social action initiativesand collaborated with a thousand organizations in the areasof inclusion, education and the environment, as well as promoting generational relay and the creation of the Arizmendiarrieta Social Economy Think Tank (ASETT) to consolidate its impact on the social economy.
