Today, 20 June 2025, the main headlines in the media are as follows:
- Networking report: In 2024 there were 20,000 cultural sessions in the municipalities of the Basque Country on average 55 days, although the territorial distribution is unequal. Of these, 8,662 were held in Bizkaia, 8,005 in Gipuzkoa and 3,236 in Álava.
- Crisis in the PSN: Followingthe resignationof Ramón Alzórriz, the PSN leadership will elect the future spokesperson for the Navarre Parliament at today's meeting.
- World Refugee Day: The Association of Indirect Refugees, which manages the Larraña House in Oñati, denounces that the latest reform of the Aliens Act "punishes" persons seeking international protection. More than 3,000 people have applied for international protection in the Basque Country this year.

The report "Attitudes, Situations and Xenophobic Narratives in Gipuzkoa" by the Provincial Council and the Begirune Foundation states that immigration is a problem for only 8%.
