Pretrial detention for attempting to forcibly transfer a 10-year-old girl and touching another girl in Pamplona
The events took place on the night of 5 July and were reported by the mothers of two 10-year-old victims. The aggressor was arrested by passers-by who realized that he was taking the minor against his will.
A court in Pamplona has ordered a man to be placed in pre-trial detention without bail for attempting to forcibly transfer a 10-year-old in the Pamplona barracks and for touching another 10-year-old near the elevators that climb Descalzos Street.
The judge charges a minor under the age of 16 with sexual assault, illegal detention and injury, according to the decision.
According to the court brief, the facts were reported by the mothers of two 10-year-old victims, who stated that on5 July 2025, around 22:40, the detainee touched one of the minors's buttocks and then shoved his hand at him when he was in the vicinity of the elevators that ascend to Descalzos Streetin Pamplona .
The judge also points out that it is indiciously established that the detainee, before making the touches, took the other minor in his arms when he descended from a of the Pamplona RochapeaBarracks .
He tried to take her away and fled. Finally, passers-by arrested the man, finding that he was taking the minor against his will, for the victim was crying and visibly depressed.
The minor also has a medical part of the injuries suffered by the detainee as a result of his being transferred against his will, and it has been established that he is suffering from back pain.
The detainee has denied the facts and has explained that he works in Navarre but lives on the street.
