A Spanish Police Commissioner has been arrested in Navarreon charges of sexual assault and harassment of a partner of his subordinate, who for 15 years has held various responsibilities in the National Police Delegation in Navarre, including the border unit.
The complaint against him was filed by a female agent who had worked under him and who claimed that when they were working together he had abused her, touched her and sexually harassed her.
This week, police officers from the Interior Unit from Madrid questioned these officers and their colleagues and arrested the alleged aggressor.
After being taken into custody, he has been released on parole , a restraining order has been imposed on him and he will not be able to communicate with the victim, and a gun permit has also been withdrawn from the police commissioner.
