A 71-year-old climber has been rescued in Bidankoz safely but exhausted

The Navarre Fire Department rescued a 71-year-old climber at a height of 30 metres from the Bidankoze railway line, who was unharmed, but was unable to continue his journey.
According to SOS Navarra, the event took place at 11:51 a.m. on the 10.5 kilometre of the NA-2130, the ferrata route that combines hiking and climbing in Bidankoz.
The Navascués fire brigade, members of the Technical Rescue team, by helicopter, and the Foral Police, have moved to the scene and managed to rescue the climber without force, but without medical attention.
While hanging from a height of 30 metres, Technical Rescue personnel have been taken by helicopter to the location of the man, who has been evacuated with the assistance of the Navascués fire brigade.
