A 76-year-old man died on Zarautz beach
The man who was bathing on the beach died on Friday afternoon in Zarautz.
About 15:15, he was rescued from the water by rescuers in a very serious condition, who tried to revive him, both the rescuers and the emergency personnel, but were unable to do so.
The deceased is a 76-year-old Canadian.
Agents of the Ertzaintza and the Municipal Police have guarded the scene of the incident until the judge orders the removal of the body.
