Agents of the Vitoria-Gasteiz Local Police arrested a 40-year-old man on Saturday for sexually assaulting a female employee of a hotel establishment in the city, according to the City Council of the Alavesa capital.
At about 5:15 on Saturday, a patrol carrying out public security work during the night service was required to go to a hotel on Santiago Avenue because a fight was taking place, when the officers saw two groups of people arguing warmly.
One of the police officers interviewed a woman who was an employee of the premises, according to which a few minutes earlier, when she went out onto the terrace to inform two customers that the establishment was closing, one of them touched the parts firmly and madea rude comment to her.
The man continued to intimidate the woman, pushing her towards the door of the premises, so the other customers went out to see what was going on, and then a fight broke out, causing damage to the vehicles and injuries, so other patrols had to come to his aid.
In view of the incident, officers of the Vitoria-Gasteiz Local Police arrested the 40-year-old man accused of sexual assault.
