A man sexually assaulted a minor in Aia after contacting an app
The Ertzaintza has arrested in Aia (Gipuzkoa) a 25-year-old accused of sexually assaulting a minor who has contacted her in San Sebastián and who contacted her through an app, the Basque Department of Security has reported.
According to the same source, the events took place on Wednesday afternoon, when the man made an appointment with the minor in the capital of Donostiarra, from where they drove in a vehicle to the detainee's home in Aia, where the victim reported having been sexually assaulted.
The alleged aggressor was arrested early in the morning by the Ertzaintza and transferred to police stations pending trial.
