San Silvestre races: a perfect opportunity to finish the year running and partying
As for the capitals of Hego Euskal Herria, the San Silvestre race will begin at 12:30 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, at 16:30 in Bilbao and at 16:45 in Pamplona.
