Twelve months later, the residents of a dozen homes most affected by the explosion are still unable to return to their homes.
On the 13th of January, around 3:30 p.m., there was a first explosion of first, and several houses on Zabalegi Council Street were evicted. A second explosion (at 18:30) plundered the residents who entered the house looking for things to spend the night outside, destroying two homes and causing damage to nearby buildings.
