The Civil Guard has dismantled a criminal group in Bizkaia that apparently cheated the network through video consoles and fake smartphone ads.
For the time being, five persons — three men, a woman and a 15-year-old boy — are being investigated for continuing fraud, money laundering, identity theft and membership of a criminal group.
The Civil Guard has so far identified 28 victims, including Álava (1), Gipuzkoa (1) and Navarre (1).
Operation 'Negare' remains open, so no further investigations and damage are ruled out.
