Traffic is experiencing major traffic problems in the AP-8 off Amorebieta-Etxano at around 9 a.m. There are at least four kilometres of traffic jams in the Irun sense as a result of an accident at kilometre 95 , which has forced the cutting of two lanes, causing serious traffic difficulties.
The Traffic Service has reported that the accident has occurred in theIrun sense, in a section where there is heavy traffic, resulting in long delays that are having a significant impact.
The authorities recommend extreme caution in the area and, as far as possible, search for alternative routesto avoid further delays. For the time being, no details have been provided on the causes of the accident or on the potential injuries.
