A nine-year-old boy died in a car accident in Medina de Pomar
Another child under the age of six and two adults have been seriously injured in the accident, according to the Emergency Service of the Government of Castilla y León, two of whom have been taken to Cruces University Hospital.
A nine-year-old boy has died in Medina de Pomar (Burgos) as a result of a frontal collision between two cars, while a six-year-old girl and two adults (a woman and a man) have been seriously injured in the accident.
Sources from the Castilla y León Government Emergency Service have reported that the accident occurred at 5.21 p.m. on the N-629 road.
After the accident, the boy was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Burgos with serious injuries and died a few hours later.
The other two wounded Biscayans have been taken to Cruces Hospital.
