A man has been arrested in San Sebastian on charges of sexually assaulting a woman
The detainee is 33 and, according to his charge, he forcibly drove the woman to the entrance of a parking lot, where he managed to immobilize her and carry out the attack.

The Ertzaintza has arrested in San Sebastián a 33-year-old man accused of an alleged crime of sexual assault. The arrest took place on Tuesdayand was the result of an investigation following the complaint lodged by the victim last week.
On 31 March, a 40-year-old woman reported to the Ertzaintza that she had been sexually assaulted that morning in San Sebastian.

The woman explained that a stranger stopped her in the street and insisted that she go with her. When she refused, the man forcibly took her to the entrance of a parking lot, where he managed to immobilize her and carry out the attack.
As soon as the facts became known, the Ertzaintza opened an investigation, which led to the identificationof the alleged aggressor, a 33-year-old male.
After proper checks, the suspect was arrested on Tuesday morning on charges of sexual assault.
The arrested person was transferred to a police station to carry out the necessary procedures and, once they had been completed, to be brought before the judicial authority.
