The alleged perpetrator of the macho murder in Basauri has been imprisoned for robbery with violence
He was arrested by the Bilbao Municipal Police on Friday night on charges of assaulting two men with the intention of robbing him. Previously, in the afternoon of the same day, another person had filed a complaint against him for serious injury. Just over a week ago, the Bilbao Guard Court released him.

The man who allegedly killed his 44-year-old partner in Basauri on April 1 has beenimprisoned , but not for involvement in the murder, but for robbery with violence and intimidation.
As reported today by the Bilbao Municipal Police in a note, around 23:30 on Friday, the 45-year-old man was arrested on Ribera Street in Bilbao, after which two men were beaten in the face.
Previously, on Friday afternoon, another person filed a complaint against the same man for serious injury .
After examining the police report, the judge ordered his admission to Bizkaia prison.
It should be recalled that another judge, who was on duty on 4 April, provisionally released the alleged murderer of Amaiawith a number of precautionary measures (obligation to appear daily in court and withdraw his passport). The man had a restraining order against the victim and had a history of male violence.
