The new Lurraldebus BU14 line linking Astigarraga to hospitals and universities is in operation
The line will serve every hour from Monday to Friday, the first trip will depart from Astigarraga at 7:15 and the last at 21:25. On the contrary, the first bus will leave the universities at 08:00 and the last at 22:00.
The new Lurraldebus line linking Astigarraga to hospital areas and the UPV/EHU campus in San Sebastian has been in operation since today.
The BU14 line will operateevery hour from Monday to Friday. The first trip will depart from Astigarraga at 07:15 and the lastat 21:25. On the contrary, the first bus will leave the universities at 08:00 and the last at 22:00.
Astigarraga residents called for the strengthening of bus services in the village, as the bus is the only public transport available, so the new line will have seven stops in each direction to facilitate citizens' access to these services.
Astigarraga - San Sebastian: Lekueder, Pelotari (both for promotion only), and Onkologikoa, Policlinica I, Plaza América, Lorea and Avenida de Tolosa 77.
Donostia-San Sebastián - Astigarraga: Avenida Tolosa 70, Tolosa 112, Tolosa 138, Policlinica II, Hospital Parking (up) and Wetland and Industrial Area, down.
Astigarraga is one of the most growing localities in recent years and, with it, the demand for public transport in the municipality has increased. By 2025, more than 7 million journeys were registered in the region, 10% more than in the previous year. The most used line has been the one linking Hernani-Astigarraga with San Sebastián, with more than a million trips.
