Three and a half months after the White Virgin's festivities, negotiations between the City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz, the Commission and the Federation of Blouses and Neskas are under way.
The sides are close to closing the only route to the kalejira, leaving behind the round-trip format. The new route would cross the city center , and they propose starting on Fueros Street and ending on Dato Street.
This approach contrasts with the City Council's initial proposal, although positions have been coming closer in recent weeks. One aspect that remains to be determined is the departure time of the kalejira , which is still under negotiation.
