Primary school students will launch the "Txupinazo Txikia" on July 10 from the balcony of Pamplona City Hall, coinciding with the Sanfermines Children's Day, an initiative promoted by the City Council and aimed at the participation of the youngest in the main festive event.
Mayor Joseba Asiron will participate together with three pre-selected students. The proposal arose from the Children's and Adolescents' Bureau and was accompanied by an educational activity in which 4th and 5th grade students reflect on how to improve the city.
Students aged 9 and 10 will be able to participate through creative work with urban proposals. A technical commission will evaluate the projects and a draw will select the team that will be the protagonist of the event.
