Bingen Zupiria: "There's a lot of concern about the banalization of cannabis; we should open up a reflection like heroin did in its day."

The Security Adviser, Bingen Zupiria, who has been on the Faktoria programme of Euskadi Irratia and has been asked, among other things, about the use of cannabis in connection with the latest EITB Data, has explained that at the Basque Security Forum being held by the Department of Security of the Basque Government, concern about cannabis use is constantly being raised.

Zupiria has said that there has been a great deal of concern on the part of many mayors about "consumption" and "above all about the total banalizationof cannabis use. "" This issue must be one of the issues of the Security Plan that we have to make. It deserves to be reflected on as heroin was done at the time, "he said.
