An accident involving several vehicles is causing major problems in the A-8. Around 9 a.m. there have been delays of at least five kilometres in the Irun sense.
The accident occurred at kilometre 113 of the A-8 off Montefuerte Park in Arrigorriaga in the Irun sense.
Several vehicles have been involved inan accident that has forced the cutting of a lane, causing major traffic problems in the area.
As a result, there have been at least five kilometres of withholding, and slow traffic and stopsare being on that section of the A-8.
The conditions have also spread to the AP-8 Supersurrer, where there are also crowds in both directions.
The Basque Government's traffic service has reported that the warning has been received around 08:06, and emergency services are working to restore normalcy as soon as possible.
