The Department of Industry, Energy Transition and Sustainability of the Basque Government has granted prior administrative authorization for the solar park project 'FV Krabelin Solar', which envisages the installation of10,500 plates in Ayala with a power of 6 megawatts.
The Official Gazette of the Basque Country (BOPV) published the Industry Resolution on Friday, which states that the company responsible Ventaja Solar 13, SL must apply for administrative authorization for construction within 15 months.
It also recalls that the protective and corrective measures set out in the project's environmental report must be included.

This resolution, which has also been published in the BOPV, argues that the environmental impact statement projected by Plauri S.L. for this park has been unfavourable. at an estimated cost of 20.5 million euros, provided for the lifting of four wind turbines with a power of 5 MW each.
The environmental report states that these wind turbines were intended to be installed in a highly sensitive area where protected birds are located, hence the Administration's refusal.
