According to the union, "Gimeno has not changed his position in seven years, ignoringthe demands of the educational community and the unions, denying the obvious and closing the door to any kind of negotiation. "
"In these seven long years, the quality of education has deteriorated. The education system is weak. The workload and requirements are increasing, "he said.
