The Ertzaintza and the Vitoria-Gasteiz Local Police, by court order, have evicted three people who were on the industrial ship on Heraclio Fournier Street, alleging poor conditions and insecurity.

On Thursday, local police officers and the Ertzaintza evicted three people occupying the former factory on Heraclio Fournier Street in Vitoria-Gasteiz by court order. This intervention follows the macro-police operation carried out on the same area on 27 May, when more than 100 people were identifiedby the police.
The City of Vitoria-Gasteiz has reported that at 10:30 a.m. local police officers have escorted the judicial commission to enforce the order to vacate the pavilion.
Three people have been identified.
In the first search inside the premises, three persons were located, who were informed by the officers that they were to leave the building in accordance with the established legal procedure, and the police apparatus was developed in a coordinated manner and there were no incidents.
Municipal sources have stressed that this intervention responds to the poor security and habitability conditions of this old building, which they believe were at serious risk.
As explained by the city council, this action is part of the "institutional commitment to ensure security, coexistence and compliance with the law", as well as an effective response to the city's abandoned industrial areas.
