Withholding at the N-1 in Lasarte towards Irun due to an accident
An accident on the N-1 road off Lasarte-Oria (Gipuzkoa) this Friday caused traffic problems in the Irun sense.
According to the Department of Safety and Security, the accident occurred at Kilometre 452 ofthe N-1. As a result of the accident, one of the lanes is cut off, causing at least three kilometres of withholding in the Irun sense.
For the time being, no details have been provided as to the number of vehicles involved or the number of people injured.
The authorities recommend extreme caution in the area and, as far as possible, the search for alternative routes as traffic normalization efforts continue.
