Jose Ignacio Lopez de Arriortua, Superlopez, dies
According to EITB, José Ignacio López de Arriortua, a businessman and engineer known asSuperlopez , died on Wednesday atthe age of 85.
Zornotzarra was known mainly for his long career in the automotive industry.
In 1966 he received a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and started working in Firestone, Basauri. In 1980, he was hired by the American company General Motors, at their factory in Figueruelas, Zaragoza, and since then he has been known as Superlopez .
