The Ertzaintza identified several people on Saturday morning inBeasain (Gipuzkoa), called by the platform Palestine Solidarity , during the peaceful sit-down to prevent access tothe facilities of the company CAF, which has denounced "CAF's complicity in the genocide against the Palestinian people ".
The sit-in took placepeacefully on the bridge to the CAF factory, where some 30 young people satand cut off vehicles, so they were identified but no one was arrested.
The action was called at 11.30 a.m. , and from that moment on, the vehicles bringing the members of the CAF Shareholders Board had to leave them in the vicinity, sothat the arrived on foot at the headquarters escorted by the Ertzainas.
Solidarity with Palestine has denounced in a statement that the CAF participates inthedevelopment of the railway line linking the occupied Jerusalem with the Israeli colonies, "thereby contributing to the illegal colonization of Palestinian territory and the isolation of Palestinian communities".
He also recalled that the United Nations (UN) itself cited CAF on its list of companies operating in the Palestinian territories occupied by Israel, which "benefit from activities related to genocide against the Palestinian people".
