The attack took place early Saturday morning in a tarp.
The Ertzaintza arrested a 39-year-old man on Tuesday accused of sexually assaulting a minor in a tarp in Basauri (Bizkaia), according to the Department of Safety and Security.
Following the complaint, the Ertzaintza opened an investigation to identify and locate the alleged aggressor, who was finally arrested yesterday.
The man was transferred to police stations for the purpose of carrying out the necessary procedures and, once completed, will be brought before the court within the time limit of Hurrem.
