Twelve complaints of sexual assault have been filed during the first four days of the San Fermín holidays, which have resulted in the arrest of ten people, a figure provided, among others, by the Minister of the Interior, Public Service and Justice of the Government of Navarre, Inma Jurio, during the presentation of the security balance of the festivities when they reached the equator of the journey.

2,226 calls a day at SOS Navarra
On the other hand, the SOS Navarra emergency service has received an average of 2,226 calls during the first four days of the holidays, 22 fewer than in 2025. On San Fermín Day, 7 July, the largest number of calls were received, 2,386.
During the confinement , 19 ambulances had to be mobilized and 22 people had to be taken to the hospital.

Since 6 July,1,754 people have been treated at the Navarra University Hospital Emergency Hospital, 705 at the San Martín Health Centre and 504 at the Bustintxuri Hospital.

The Health Counselor has thanked the public for their "responsible use" of health resources during the holidays.
