One person was injured on Tuesday when several vehicles collided on the PA-30 road in Pamplona (Navarra), which caused the road to be completely cut off at first and resulting in traffic congestion in the area.
According to Police Foral, the accident occurred at 7.15 a.m. at kilometre 10 of the Pamplona bypass, when two cars and a lorry collided.
The driver of one of the cars had to be rescued from the vehicle by firefighters and suffered several injuries.
The road has been completely cut off while health care is being provided, after which Foral police officers have arranged a shift passage to channel traffic, although traffic jams have continued in the area early in the morning.
