The High Court of Justice of Madrid has dismissed in its entirety the contentious administrative appeal filed by Ecologists in Action against the concession of the mining operation called Fronterizo, one of the three concessions that make up the Mina Muga project, according to the company Geoalcali.
Geoalcali stated in a statement that the court "upheld the legality of the administrative procedure followed" and dismissed "both the competency allegations and the environmental regulations allegations made by the environmental organization" and imposed costs on the plaintiff.
