The 60-year-oldman moved to a rental apartment in San Millán de la Cucula about 20 days ago, after being arrested and released on charges, a citizen mobilization that, according to the mayor of San Millán, Ismael Maestro, has "forced" the man to leave the municipality.

According to Maestro, the registered municipality of about 220 inhabitants gathered more than 500 people last Friday as they celebrated their cultural week and also opened a hostel and bar.
