A 49-year-old motorist has been seriously injured in an accident in Arrieta
The accident occurred at around 5 p.m. on the NA-1720 road off Arrieta (Artzibar). According to the Navarre Government in a statement, there was a frontal collision between tourism and the motorbike on which the injured man was travelling.
A 49-year-old man was seriously injured on Monday afternoon as a result of a collision with a motorbike he was driving on the NA-1720 road off Arrieta (Artzibar).
The SOS Nafarroa 112 Emergency Management Centre received notice of the accident at 5.03 p.m. on Monday, where firefighters from Auritz Park, an advanced (medicalized) life-support ambulance, a medical team from Burget, a medicalized helicopter and Civil Guard patrols were moved.
The accident took place at Kilometre 23 of the NA-1720, off Arrieta, in the council of the Arce Valley.
According to the Navarre Government in a statement, there was a frontal collision between a tourist and the motorbike driven by the injured man.
The 49-year-old motorist has been treated at the scene and taken by medicalized helicopter to the Navarra University Hospital Complex in Pamplona, where he has been admitted with very serious multiple injuries.
