A 38-year-old man has been arrested by the local police in Vitoria-Gasteiz on charges of gender-based violence for wrestling with his partner.
The arrest took place around 8 p.m. on Monday, when a patrol carrying out public security work in the Old Town received a warning that the couple bat were having a major discussion in a home.
Upon arrival at the house, the officers observed signs compatible with the fight and arrested the man for an alleged crime of gender-based violence, according to the City Council.
