The Municipal Police have arrested a total of 15 people on the fifth day of Big Week in Bilbao, according to municipal sources. Of the total number of arrests, 10 have taken place inside the holiday grounds and the remaining five outside.
Of the arrests at the festival, three have been for theft, two for assault on authorities and one for serious resistance, one for gender-based violence and one for touching, one for fraud and one for drug trafficking.
On the other hand, outside the holiday grounds, five other persons have been arrested, three of them for theft, one for wounding and one for drug trafficking.
In addition, the local security forces have processed 50 complaints in a single day, 36 of which were for theft.
