The Foral Police have arrested two people and are investigating three others in the Ribera de Navarra in connection with the abduction of a child under the age of 6, who was under the protection of a reception centrein Pamplona, where those involved maintain direct family relations with the child.
According to the Pamplona Municipal Police,an educator at the city's reception centre filed a complaint of child theft and provided data on the car that took the child.
