The Rochapea has started a 24-hour orange zone in the south
The measure affects about 1,760 of the 5,307 regulated parking spaces in this Pamplonese district and aims to decongest the area and free parking spaces for residents.

The 24-hour orange zone south of the Rochapea district of Pamplona, between the Arga River, Ochagavía and the Paseo de los Enamorados, started operating early Tuesday morning.
Therefore, all vehicles parked in this area must have a mandatory Sector 8 (Rochapea) resident card 24 hours a day, including on weekends. This 24-hour TAC isan innovative measure , which until now was only implemented in Sanfermines.
In this way, the pilot project promoted by the City Council has been launched to speed up this area and release parking spaces for the neighborhood's neighbours, which is so close to the Old Town and the centre of Pamplona, that non-resident vehicles tend to park there for a long time.
Amount to be paid
This new 24-hour orange zone affects nearly 20 streets and about 1,760 squares, out of approximately 5,307 regulated squares in the neighborhood.
In the first ten minutes you have to pay EUR 0.35 and in the first two hours EUR 0.05 for every three minutes fraction. From the third hour, each ten minutes fraction costs EUR 0.05 (EUR 0.30 per hour).
A ticket will allow parking for up to 9.5 hours at a cost of EUR 4.45, after which another ticket will have to be issued under the same financial conditions as the previous one.
