The minor, who was playing with friends, was approached by a woman who was sitting on a bench and told her that she was a relative , took the minor by the arm and tried to take him with her.
They reported what had happened to their parents, and together they managed to hold the woman, and then they called the Ertzaintza.
Several officers went to the scene and identified the woman, and while the officers were trying to clarify what had happened, the woman became very nervous , ETA attempted to attack one of the officers, so she was arrested on charges of an attack on officers and is being investigated for attempting to kidnap a minor.
The investigation has so far found that the woman who is often in the neighbourhood of Miribilla acted on her own, with no other help.
The 42-year-olddetainee, who had no record, was taken into custody this morning after a few hours in police custody.
