On Thursday morning, in Norway, Machado met on the balcony of the Grand Hotel in Oslo with his relatives, friends, political allies from various countries and dozens of Venezuelans who waited in the streets for hours to greet him.
Machado stressed in a video broadcast on the Norwegian public network that his presence in Oslo has been "a miracle" and that "many women and men in Venezuela have risked their lives to be with you tonight."
