U.S. President Donald Trump has reached an agreement with Saudi Arabia that willallow the latter to develop a civilian nuclear program that will open the door to uranium enrichment, media reports on Wednesday.
The agreement seeks to strengthen ties between the United States and Saudi Arabia , according to The New York Times. It also announces that the US Administration plans to sign and announce the agreement onWednesday.
This Arab country is one of Trump's allies in the Persian Gulf and the only one not attacking Iran since the US and Islamic Republic resumed bombing two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, the White House continues to press Iran to limit its nuclear program and deliver its highly enriched uranium reserves.
