Michael Madsen, actor of 'Kill Bill' and 'Reservoir Dogs', dies at 67
Madsen, in addition to working on numerous Quentin Tarantino films, has participated in hundreds of films and television series since he began his artistic career in 1983.
American actor Michael Madsen died this Friday at the age of 67. Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs , among others.
Authorities have confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that Madsen was found unconscious at his home in Malibu after receiving a 911 call.
His representative has confirmed to the national media that the actor,apparently , has suffered a "heart attack" and told TMZ that Madsen was keen to show his work in independent cinema, such as the feature films Resurrection Road, Concessions and Cookbook for Southern Housewives .
Madsen Quentinappeared in numerous films by Tarantino , like the filmmaker's premium opera Reservoir Dogs, in later films such as The hateful Eight, Kill Bill or Once upon a Time in Hollywood .
According to the IMDb database, more than 328 works have completed Madsen's career, including Mike Newell's Donnie Brasco and Ridley Scott's Thelma & Louise .
Madsen was born in Chicago on September 25, 1957 and won his first film role in 1983's War Games , starring Matthew Broderick.
Although he devoted most of his career to cinema, he also participated in several television shows, Vengance Unlimited or Tilt.
He also worked as a producer and screenwriter and published several books as a poet, such as Burning in Paradise in1998 or Expecting Rainin 2013.
