According to UCO, Cerdán bought 45% of Servinabar for 6,000 euros
The sales contract is dated June 1, 2016, and of the 3,000 shares held by Antxon Alonso, 1,350 were purchased by Santos Cerdán for a euro each.
The Spanish police today visited the home of former socialist leader Santos Cerdán.
The UCO of the Civil Guard has referred to the Supreme Court judge investigating theKoldo case the contract of former PSOE Secretary of Organization Santos Cerdán to take 45% ofthecompany Servinabar in 2016 for 6,000 euros.
The contract has four pages, all signed by Cerdán and the company's owner, Antxon Alonso, with the latest Servinabar stamp.
The sales contract is June 1, 2016, and Cerdán bought 1,350 shares out of Alonso's 3,000 worth of one euro each.
UCO referred to this writing in the evidence accompanying the report that led to Cerdán's resignation and subsequent charge, but did not provide the document found in the search carried out at Antxon Alonso's house.
For this reason, the defence of the investigator requested the judge and the judge from the Civil Guard. The Supreme Court received the document sent by the Civil Guard today.
